Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine. If the item is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 7-27 business days, depending on the destination country. If it is not in stock, production takes 25–30 business days.

Most of our products — with the exception of lamps — weigh between 20 and 30 kilograms. Therefore, they are delivered either to your favorite post cargo branch or by courier to the address you specify.

Most international shipments are handled by Ukrposhta. Delivery times range from 7 to 27 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note: for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

In some countries, taxes and customs duties may be charged upon crossing the border. Unfortunately, we do not control these charges and therefore cannot inform international customers of the exact amount before the item reaches the destination country. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office. Any such fees or taxes must be paid by the buyer.
